Personal Information Policy

The only personal information required for registering a dotAccount is an email address. Optionally, users can add more information to their account, such as a real name or date of birth.

By default, services using dotAccount for authentication only have access to the account username. Certain services can request access to more information, and even request its modification. You will be notified of these additional permissions when signing in to these services.
